Crudis offers children's hats and clothing accessories for sale online, including items such as sun hats, bucket hats, beanies, caps, hair accessories, scarves, and other accessories for kids. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display product colors, patterns, and sizes as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and minor variations in size may occur.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantity of items purchased per order
  • Discontinue any product at any time
  • Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason

Product Safety and Use

The safety of children is important to us. Please follow these guidelines when using our products:

  • Always supervise young children while they are wearing accessories, especially items with small parts, clips, or ties
  • Do not allow children to sleep while wearing hats with straps, cords, or ties
  • Inspect items regularly and stop using any item that is damaged or has loose parts

Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

  • United States: Free shipping via USPS on all orders
  • Canada: $10.00 – $20.00 USD depending on order size; free shipping on orders over $300.00 USD
  • Transit time: United States: 3–4 business days; Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Total delivery time: United States: 4–6 business days; Canada: 6–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • If the customer places a wrong order (such as the wrong size, color, or style), the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility
  • Return processing time: 7 business days after receiving the item

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair accessories cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is defective:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Send the photos to our customer service team at help@crudis.com

Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, product designs, photographs, and graphics, is the property of Crudis and AODA LIMITED and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

User Conduct
